Community Medical Center is seeking a skilled and motivated Clinical Data Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing, managing, and optimizing clinical and operational reports using Epic Reporting Workbench, Radar Dashboards, Slicer Dicer, and other advanced analytics tools.

Key Responsibilities:

·         Design, develop, and maintain clinical reports and dashboards to support data-driven decision-making.

·         Act as a subject matter expert and trainer for Epic Slicer Dicer, guiding end users to optimize their use of reporting tools.

·         Perform data extraction, analysis, and visualization to identify areas for improvement in clinical operations.

·         Apply statistical methods to uncover trends and support actionable insights for performance enhancement.

·         Ensure the accuracy, integrity, and compliance of all data in accordance with HIPAA and internal data governance policies.


Ideal Candidate:

·         Bachelor’s degree in Health Informatics, Statistics, Computer Science, Nursing, or a related field.

·         Proven experience working with Epic EMR, including tools like Reporting Workbench and Slicer Dicer.

·         Solid understanding of clinical workflows and experience in data analysis within healthcare settings.

·         Strong proficiency in SQL, Excel, and reporting platforms.

·         Previous experience in training staff on Epic tools is highly preferred.

·         Epic certification in Clarity, Slicer Dicer, Cogito, or related modules is a plus.
