Requirements:
  • Must hold a current State of Nebraska nursing license.
  • Must be a graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a healthcare setting, with supervisory experience preferred.
  • Strong understanding of outpatient clinic operations and healthcare regulations.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in electronic health record (EHR) systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Compassionate demeanor with a focus on patient-centered care.
  • Current CPR certification and relevant licenses as required.

Responsibilities:
  • Oversee daily operations of the outpatient specialty clinic to ensure efficient patient flow.
  • Manage staff schedules, training, and performance evaluations to maintain high-quality service.
  • Collaborate with physicians and healthcare teams to optimize patient care and clinic schedules.
  • Implement and monitor clinic policies, procedures, and compliance with healthcare regulations.
  • Assist in budgeting and resource allocation to enhance clinic efficiency.
  • Address patient concerns and feedback to continuously improve service delivery.
  • Facilitate communication between departments to ensure a seamless patient experience.
  • Utilize electronic health records (EHR) systems for accurate patient documentation and reporting.
